Students will create a one-minute video to teach their peers about the stress response.


Now you’ll create a video to teach others what you’ve learned about the stress response. Your video should be one-minute (or less) and include an overview of the stress response, how it affects the body, what can happen in relationships in stress-response mode, and how people use self-regulation to manage the stress response. You may want to rewatch the unit summary, jot down some notes, and create an outline before starting.
